Terms of Service

By using the KuyTools Chrome Extension ("the Extension") or the KuyTools website ("kuytools.com"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• "KuyTools", "we", "us" — refers to KuyTools, operated by Stevanus Aditya, Kediri, Indonesia.
• "User", "you" — any individual or entity using the Extension or website.
• "License Key" — a unique activation code (e.g., KT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) that grants access to Pro features.
• "Subscription" — a paid plan (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime) that activates Pro features.
• "Device" — a unique browser installation identified by a device fingerprint.

2.1 License Scope

Upon purchasing a Subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension's Pro features for personal or commercial music production purposes.

2.2 Subscription Plans

Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). International users may see USD equivalents for reference only.

2.3 Free Trial

We may offer a limited trial period (typically 3 days) with full Pro features. Trial codes are single-use and non-transferable.

You agree NOT to:

• Share, resell, or distribute your License Key to third parties
• Use a single License Key on more than 3 devices simultaneously
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension's source code
• Circumvent the license verification or device limit system
• Use the Extension for illegal purposes, including copyright infringement
• Automate or script the Extension beyond its intended batch creation features
• Redistribute or resell generated prompts, templates, or Extension outputs as a competing service

4.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways:

• Duitku — for Indonesian users (QRIS, bank transfer, e-wallet)
• Lemon Squeezy — for international users (credit card, PayPal)

KuyTools does not store your payment card information.

4.2 Activation

After successful payment, your License Key is activated automatically. If you experience activation issues, contact us at admin@kuytools.com.

5.1 Eligible for Refund

• Request submitted within 7 calendar days of payment
• Extension has a critical bug that we cannot resolve within 48 hours
• Features described on the website are materially different from what is delivered
• Accidental duplicate purchase (we will refund the duplicate)

5.2 NOT Eligible for Refund

• Request made after 7 days from purchase date
• License Key has been shared with or used by another person
• User violated the Terms of Service (Section 3)
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated music output quality
• Changes in third-party AI music platforms or APIs
• User's LLM API key issues (e.g., expired credits)

5.3 Refund Process

1. Email admin@kuytools.com with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include your License Key or Order ID and reason
3. We will respond within 2 business days
4. If approved, refund processed within 5-10 business days

Upon refund, your License Key will be immediately deactivated.

We reserve the right to revoke your License Key without refund if:

• You violate any provision in Section 3
• We detect fraudulent payment or chargeback abuse
• Your License Key is found in use by unauthorized parties
• You attempt to circumvent our licensing system

The Extension interacts with third-party AI music platforms. KuyTools is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any AI music platform. You must comply with each platform's own Terms of Service.

All AI-generated content is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, originality, or legality of AI-generated outputs.

• The Extension's code, design, and branding are the intellectual property of KuyTools.
• Music and content generated through the Extension belong to you, subject to the respective AI platform's content ownership policies.

KuyTools is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the current Subscription period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Kediri, East Java, Indonesia.
